Which Shipping Carrier does STRT Use?
Our primary carrier for orders in the United States is USPS. For orders outside of the United States, our primary carrier is vary by country.
How do I find my tracking number?
Tracking numbers can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
Why is there no updates shown on the tracking information?
Please note that tracking information can take a few days to update and appear on the link. Please be patient as this is standard for all orders.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, use the tracking service above. Enter your tracking number, hit the track button, and your orders tracking will now appear.
For best results, please use a desktop device to track your order.
Why does it say "There are multiple possibilities with this number"?
If this occurs, select USPS as the shipping carrier as they are our standard shipping provider.
What does "USPS is awaiting package" mean?
During the shipping process, an order is first sent from our warehouse to our USPS shipping center. During this time, your USPS tracking number will not show any updates. This does not mean your order isn't making progress, but it means that the package has simply not reached the USPS yet. Once your package is received by USPS, updates will start to show.
My order still hasn't arrived in weeks and is passed the delivery window. What do I do?
We are sorry that your order is late. If your package has not arrived during the delivery window, there may hqve been a problem with the shipment, your shipping info, or an error made by USPS. If your order is late, please contact us by using the contact form on our website and we will look into the problem. We guarantee that if your original shipment was not received, another one will be sent out once we are notified of the issue.
